 We are a growing IT company delivering high-quality digital services while fostering a professional and efficient workplace. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our Hyderabad office.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can handle multiple responsibilities, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders while supporting directors and management.

Must Have

  • Proven experience in admin/office management
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office & Google Workspace
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
  • Typing speed 35–40 WPM with accuracy
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented & proactive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front office and reception (calls, visitors, emails, communications).
  • Organise diaries, schedules, and appointments for directors and management.
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain company records, files, and databases.
  • Oversee office supplies, IT assets, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure availability of pantry items and staff facilities.
  • Assist in planning company events, training, and conferences.
  • Draft and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Support HR with staff coordination, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
  • Handle administrative tasks for other group companies as required.
